Class attempt – I have seen this test a few times over the years, in the magazine as well as social media. Apparently a friend told me it was also on the TV recently but I never saw it as I don’t watch much TV at all, but that’s for another email.
I’m not overly sure about it being ‘how long will you live’ test however it is a great test of strength and mobility, as some people can not even squat to the floor correctly in effect having to throw themselves to the floor, and also a good indicator to how well you’re ageing.
