Today was a rest day where I still participated in a mediocre workout to get the blood flowing in muscles that have not been directly worked out throughout the week such as: biceps and abs. I ate healthy food and am still motivated to reach my goal of 170lbs in 9 weeks. I have witnessed some weight loss and muscle gain and it is only week 2. I am starting week 3 with more determination then ever.
